Lodging and Meals at Adelynrood
Please fill out the form below to select your choices for lodging and meals at Adelynrood. (Lunches are included as part of the training, so additional meal choices below are for breakfast and dinner only.)
Dates for the training are: Friday May 19, 2017 8:00 am and ending Monday May 22, 2017 at 5:30 pm.
If you need additional meals or housing, such as arriving Thursday afternoon or evening, or leaving Tuesday, May 23, that can be arranged below.
Please fill out the form, check off the housing or meals, fill out your food preferences, total the amount you will need to send in, and we will send you a PayPal invoice. You will be able to pay with any credit card. If you prefer to mail in a check, that can also be done after you receive the invoice.
