Reviews for Natural Processing Trainings

This training has been the most helpful I’ve ever been to. I feel like questions I was wondering, and my own hunches and theories about my clients were named in a way that brought relief and validation. I feel I am walking out of here a different therapist and human being. I know I will look back on this training as a turning point in my personal and professional life. Thank you!

This training has been so valuable, and I know it is going to profoundly change the ways I work in the room with my clients. I am grateful for Craig’s clinical skills and his generosity sharing his wealth of experience, wisdom, and perspective with us. I welcome the chance to do follow-up training. Useful handouts that I will be returning to, often. I especially appreciate Craig’s passion for his work and delighting in our growth. The live sessions and videos were so useful as examples of what this work looks like and how pacing and tracking are integral to the process.

In my nearly 30 years of clinical practice, this has been one of the most useful, clear, stimulating and challenging trainings I have ever attended. Well-organized, great visual aids and handouts. Not only did Craig have an exhaustive ammount of the material, he was also authentic, supportive and challenging in just the right mix. He as both inspired and excited me to be a better and more effective therapist and caused me to think deeply about how I care for myself and my clients.

This will profoundly change the way I practice. I feel very confident and trusting in the model. Craig’s teaching was clear, direct, SO well presented with case examples and passion. Craig answered every question thoroughly. I consider this training a must for any therapist working with trauma.

This training has been critical in my development as a therapist. The expanded understanding of how to better discern if someone is in their window of tolerance is invaluable. To have a better insight of how critical the somatic piece is in treatment will change my practice for the better. This training is a game-changer.

This has been so amazing for me. It’s like all my experiences, skills, workshops, learnings — have all come together in this training. Thank you for showing me how – exactly how – to be a therapist. It is what is missing in most conferences/workshops and I am so beyond grateful. This will absolutely transform and inform how I do this work. It’s like I can take all that I’ve learned cognitively and apply it to how I can actually work with myself and my clients in a productive, process-oriented, effective way.

Aha moment. This workshop just put so much of my pieces of work and training together . . . Craig did a great job. I am deeply grateful for the obvious work you did for this training, and the work you do therapeutically. This was the piece for me, the next piece for me as a therapist and a person . . . The multiple visuals, the videos, demonstrations, practice, didactic, and handouts were all helpful. And your embodiment with us of what you do — beautiful. Thank you.

Craig creates and demonstrates a very strong somatic base, from which the work of therapy, growth and well-being can move organically. I have more confidence that my clients can gain greater stability and tolerance for their unfolding process as long as I am able to hold my attention, support, engagement in the immediacy of their somatic process. Craig embodies presence as he teaches presence.

I have particpated in many excellent trainings; I feel Craig has contributed an important stitching together of these skills: Somatic EMDR.

Somatic EMDR is amazing! I really got so much from this that I’m going to take it back in a big way to implement and share with my colleagues and clients. Thank you for helping us bring awareness to our five senses and for the live demos. Live demos were most helpful in addition to the group experiential work. I am so glad I came. It will help my clients so much.

I was impressed with the work and the ability to go places with clients that have been previously difficult to get to even using standard EMDR, hypnosis and other somatic therapies. I am looking forward to incorporating this work into my practice and watching the evolution. Thank you, Craig, for your amazing work!

I am blown away! Words cannot express the past 4 days. Craig, I appreciate your passion, commitment and love you have for this work — and to take the time to teach others how to integrate the two. I have learned a tremendous amount of useful information that is going to change the way I do therapy, notice myself and notice others. It really gave confidence and skills on what to do with my clients and even with myself! Thank you very much.

I am so grateful and relieved to find this treatment approach. Craig’s commitment to the process, curiosity, integrity and “not-knowing” are such beautiful reflections of his understanding that healing happens naturally with the support of sustained awareness. I felt so happy and safe when he said on day one. “I feel insulted when therapists interpret things.” Thank you for your willingness to share your wisdom, humanness and skill with us.

Thank you so much Craig. Of the many things I could highlight, I will mention getting the movement from ‘Bracing to Embracing’ and how this shows up and the inherent dilemmas that exist in the presenting problem. My greatest desire is to enhance my sensitivity and skill in working this way. I am really looking forward to Part Two.

This conference was superb! The teaching was absolutely clear while being as complex as it needed to be. The demonstrations were impressive — unforgettable about how the method can help with intense problems with developmental underpinnings. The practicums were well structured and I felt the practice and experience as client to be essential. A great way to learn — teach, observe, practice and experience. A+ is my grade. Look forward to Level 2.
