This immersive two-day training offers a unique opportunity to refine your therapeutic skills in a supportive environment.

Participants will receive personalized feedback in practicum sessions, followed by group discussions to explore key themes and challenges that emerge.

Each small group of three will work closely with Craig or an NP assistant, ensuring individualized attention. You will have three 50-minute sessions, rotating through the roles of therapist, client, and observer—each followed by direct feedback to deepen your learning. This offers the chance to take your learning from one round of practicum right into the next round.

As a therapist, you’ll gain fresh insights into the dynamics of your work—subtleties that may be difficult to notice on your own. Our goal is to help you integrate NP principles more fully, so you can engage with your clients’ processes more effectively. Many participants leave with a clearer understanding of how to position themselves for greater collaboration and ease in their work.

Additionally, we will set aside time for group discussions on session dynamics, as well as opportunities to roleplay challenging moments with Craig.

Beyond refining your skills, this training is also a space for personal growth. Your time as a client in the practicum offers a chance for meaningful self-exploration, while the observer role provides an opportunity to hone your tracking and feedback skills—paying particular attention to the impact of interventions.
