Practicum weekends offer a unique opportunity to hone your therapeutic skills.

Due to the focused nature of the weekend, you can enhance your proficiency and improve your confidence in a short period of time:

Sessions will be done in triads, followed by feedback and discussion.

You will have the opportunity to do role-plays of some of the more difficult moments from your practice. As a group, we can stop and discuss the dynamics as we go.

Craig will be the therapist for some of these role-plays. Also, if you wish, you can step in and take turns in the therapist chair.

In past practicums, participants have reported that they were able to learn about nuances of the work in very practical ways that they began integrating into their sessions immediately.

Prerequisite: Participants must have completed NP 1 to participate.

The group will be limited to 24 people, to keep it intimate.

Hours for Saturday and Sunday:

9:00am - 4:00pm Pacific Time each day, with a 1 hour lunch break.
