Role-plays are a creative and engaging way to watch and practice working with tough dynamics in your practice.  This has been a popular learning platform in the "Process Trainings" and in consultation groups.

You can bring your most challenging moments for us to work with. We will use a combination of you playing your client, or Craig, or someone else will play them.  You can be the therapist, or watch others or Craig work with your "client."   We often do a "tag team" approach where people step into the therapist chair for a while, and then someone else takes over.

A bit advantage is that we can stop the sessions at any time and discuss options, and brainstorm what we see happening.  Often the client can give valuable feedback about what is helpful and not.

This is a fun way to learn, and often exposes moments as therapists that we may not have known how to deal with as effectively as we'd like.
